Write to us
What is the difference between a heated jacket and a heated vest?

The jacket offers more protection against the cold outdoors. The vest is lighter and can easily be worn under another layer.

How do I choose a size?

The garment should fit close enough to the body for you to feel the heat properly, while still leaving room for the layers you normally wear.

Is the battery free?

Yes: every heated garment comes with its free 20,000 mAh battery, the cable and the instructions.

Each product page must state the exact contents. Contact us before ordering if information is missing.

Quanto ci mette ad arrivare?

L’ordine parte entro 24–48 ore con spedizione tracciata gratuita e di solito arriva in 5–10 giorni. Ricevi il link di tracciamento via e-mail appena parte.

Layer 9 or Field 9?

Layer 9 is the most affordable: warm in 10 seconds and up to 12 hours on the low setting. Field 9 has a technical, low-bulk cut with the control button on the chest, in olive green or black.

And with the buy 2, get 1 free pack?

You receive three garments and three free 20,000 mAh batteries, for the price of two. With the buy 3, get 2 free pack: five garments and five batteries, for the price of three.

How long does the battery last?

Up to 12 hours on the low setting with Layer 9, a little less on the warmer settings.

What if the size does not fit?

You have 90 days to try it at home, and our customer service helps you with a size exchange.
