It is designed for QUILLMORE Light R heated gloves. For other gloves, check the voltage (7.4 V) and the connector, or email us before ordering: we’ll check with you.

Do I need one battery per glove?

Yes: each Light R glove has its own battery, in the zipped wrist pocket. A pair uses two. Light R battery packs already include two per pair.

How long does one charge last?

It depends on the level and the cold. The gentlest level lasts longest. A charged spare battery lets you keep the level you need until you get home.

How do I charge it?

With the USB charging cable supplied with the Light R gloves. Charge it somewhere dry, outside the glove.

What if I order the wrong model?

You have 90 days to change your mind. Our customer support replies within 24 to 48 h and arranges the exchange or refund.

What precautions should I take?

Keep the battery dry, remove it before caring for the gloves and never use a damaged connector.
