Subscriptions are optional and are never selected automatically. A subscription is created only when you manually select either Subscribe every 30 days or Subscribe every 3 months on the product page and complete checkout with that option selected. If you choose a one-time purchase, your order will not renew.
Your selected bundle renews at the frequency and price shown at checkout: every 30 days or every 3 months. The payment method used at checkout is charged automatically on each scheduled renewal date until you cancel.
We send a service email approximately seven (7) days before each scheduled renewal charge. Please keep your account email address current. You can review your next billing date and subscription details from your customer account.
You may cancel at any time. To avoid the next recurring charge, cancel at least twenty-four (24) hours before your next scheduled billing date through your customer account or by contacting contact@quillmore.com. Cancellations apply to future renewals and do not retroactively cancel charges already processed.
The 90-day satisfaction guarantee applies to the first shipment of a new subscription only. Renewal shipments are not covered by this guarantee. Failure to cancel before renewal does not by itself make a renewal order eligible for a refund.
