Shipping policy

We offer free standard tracked shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Sweden, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, United Arab Emirates and Netherlands.

Processing and dispatch: Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

Delivery estimate: Delivery usually takes 5–10 days after dispatch, depending on the destination. Holidays, customs and periods of high demand may cause delays.

Standard tracked shipping is free. Every heated garment ships with its 20,000 mAh battery, cable and user guide in the same box. At checkout you can also choose “Free tracked shipping + Lifetime warranty upgrade”: the same free tracked delivery, plus a lifetime warranty instead of the 5-year warranty included with every garment, for a one-time fee shown in your currency before payment.

If your order is damaged in transit, contact contact@quillmore.com with your order number and photos so we can arrange a replacement.
